Once we know our clients requirements for the position to be filled, we come up with a specific proposal , in which weŽll guarantee that we will locate the right candidate in a timely fashion.
Conduct Candidate Search
Our recruiting and selection staff conduct a pro-active search to come up with candidates who possess the skills and talents that you seek. We review the qualifications of prospective candidates while identifying their professional strenghts and weaknesses. ONLY those candidates that we feel would be an outstanding addition to your orgnization are presented, saving your time for only worthwhile interviews.
Monitor the Interviewing Process
We continuosly monitor and relay current information on the candidateŽs interest to minimaze wasted time and ensure that all parties remain involved. We always pursue building a strong relationship with our candidates based on communication.
Negotiation
Working within you guidelines, we will involve ourselves with you and the candidate on negotiations involving salary and benefits. Often a third party can add a healthy perspective to these negotiations.
Monitor the Transition
Our work does not end with the hiring. We monitor the transition period from both the client and the candidate perspective, and are always available for follow-up assistance.
